How to choose the right box for your product?β

We use flexographic printing (Flexo), offset printing (Offset), and digital printing (Digital).

What payment methods do you support?
We support telegraphic transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), and installment payments (30% deposit required).
How long is the lead time for custom orders? What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard orders for existing molds, 7-10 days. MOQ is 5000-10000 units, depending on box type and process.
When do you ship orders? What transportation methods are available?
Shipment will be arranged according to delivery date of PO. We support ocean freight (FCL/LCL) and land transportation (truck/rail).

Do you support OEM/ODM partnerships?β
Yes, we support OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) partnerships, offering full-service solutions from design to production.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days for quality issues. Non-quality issues require negotiation.
